1. License Types
Truzent Security is offered under various license models, as per our End User License Agreement (EULA), including but not limited to:
- Single-Device License: Allows installation and use on one device.
- Multi-Device License: Covers multiple devices under a single license.
- Business or Enterprise License: Customized licenses for organizations with additional features and device counts.
All licenses grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software as per the terms of the license.
2. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions provide access to Truzent Security for a specified period (e.g., monthly, annually). Subscription plans may include:
- Automatic updates and upgrades.
- Access to premium features.
- Technical support during the subscription period.
3. Purchase and Activation
- Licenses and subscriptions can be purchased via our official website.
- Upon purchase, you will receive a license key or activation code via email.
- Activation is required to unlock full functionality.
- You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential.
4. Renewal
- Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
- Renewal charges will be billed to your payment method on file.
- You will receive advance notification before renewal.
- You may opt out of auto-renewal through your account settings or by contacting customer support via email support@truzentav.com.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time within first 30 days of activation.
- Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- After cancellation or expiration, your access to premium features and updates will cease.
- You may continue to use the software under the terms of your license until expiration.
6. Transfer and Assignment
- Licenses are issued to the individual or entity that purchased them and are not transferable or assignable without prior written consent from Uplink Works LLC.
- Any unauthorized transfer may result in termination of the license.
7. Usage Limits
- Licenses are limited to the number of devices and users specified in the purchase agreement.
- Using the Software beyond licensed limits constitutes a breach and may result in suspension or termination.
8. Refunds
Refunds for licenses and subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately.
9. Modifications to Policy
We reserves the right to modify this Licenses & Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
